Total Transparency,
Documented Daily.
Whether you are on-site or across the country, see every step of your project with real-time video updates, daily progress archives, and direct written sign-offs.
The 4-Step Documentation Workflow
Step 1: On-Site Inspection & Pre-Wrap Assessment Before applying any vinyl film, the substrate is thoroughly inspected. If any surface defects, deep scratches, moisture, or substrate flaws are detected, high-resolution photos and video are recorded immediately to ensure you see exact conditions before installation begins.
Step 2: Video Walkthroughs via Bonjoro
When questions or unexpected site conditions arise, a quick video walkthrough is recorded and sent directly to you via Bonjoro. You get a clear, spoken explanation showing exactly what is happening on the job site so decisions can be made without delay.
Step 3: Daily Progress Archives in Google Photos
Every day on the job ends with complete visual documentation. High-resolution before, during, and after photos and video clips are uploaded to a private, dedicated Google Photos album. You receive a direct link to review daily milestones, detail shots, and finished surfaces anytime.
Step 4: Written Confirmation via Text & Email
Nothing is left to guesswork or unrecorded phone calls. All project notes, Bonjoro links, Google Photos albums, and scope changes are delivered directly through email and SMS text. This creates a permanent, time-stamped paper trail for your records and ours.
Our Standard on Every Job:
No Surprises: You inspect the base surface virtually before the wrap goes down.
Full Visibility: Daily Google Photos updates let you monitor progress remotely.
Recorded Approvals: All design checks and surface clearances are confirmed in writing via email or text before installation proceeds.
